As the Managing Director, Greg brings 35 years of experience as the leader of businesses in the transportation, forestry, and commercial vehicle maintenance sectors. He balances an academic and data-driven approach with a practical, boots-on-the-ground history of successfully guiding businesses in capital intensive, competitive industries. 

Greg has guided his own family through an acquisition from a global corporation and has since provided a steady hand and sage advice to other business owners looking for an advisor with personal experience in transitioning family-owned businesses through succession or exit. 

With an MBA in Executive Management, Greg combines his passion for business with roles as the immediate Past-Chairman of the Canadian Trucking Alliance, past Chairman and current Board Member of the BC Trucking Association, and Board Member of the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation.

Greg and his wife, Kim, have raised their family including 2 children, 2 grandchildren (and 2 on the way) in Kamloops where together they enjoy golfing, lake time and all the things that BC has to offer.

Jeff and his wife, Jane, call Kamloops home. They enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren and share a love of travelling, golfing, and boating together.
